CREDITOR CALLS

R: "I had no idea these calls would be so aggressive."

A: "Client's name", I completely understand how frustrating it can be when creditors constantly call you. If you try to avoid answering their calls, they should eventually decrease. Please feel free to forward any mail to us for review. It's important to stay vigilant and not fall for any scare tactics. Have you experienced any particularly aggressive creditors lately?

NOTE: When you ask the pivot question, if they tell you one of their largest accounts, give them the option to save up to try and settle with them first or take care of some of the smaller accounts. At this point, they are visualizing themselves getting rid of the accounts.
